CREDAI Bengal’s annual cricket tournament was organised by the CREDAI Youth Wing on 11th May at Spring Club, Kolkata. The day-long tournament was played by the four teams - Aadinath Avengers, Buildon Blasters, Lloyds Smashers and Vyana Strikers. Aadinath Avengers were the champions of this year’s Tournament. Both seniors and CYW members played this year. Earlier a fun auction event was organised to bid for the forty-four players who had signed up for the tournament.

 CREDAI Bengal hosted a get-together for members to celebrate Holi – the festival of colours. Instead of colours, members were showered by flower petals the traditional way to mark the festival. Members and spouses enjoyed a lovely evening interacting, bonding and catching up with fellow real estate developers. The spread, décor and music added to the celebratory ambience of ‘Phoolon ka Holi’ hosted by CREDAI Bengal.

The 5 th edition of CREDAI Bengal Golf Tournament was organised by CREDAI Bengal Youth Wing on February 14, 2024 at RCGC greens. 29 golfers participated in the tournament. It was an excellent golf outing and the camaraderie amongst seniors and young members was palpable. Congratulations to all the Winners:

A Fellowship Meeting was organised for the below-40 members of CREDAI Bengal who comprise the CYW or CREDAI Youth Wing. The evening was hosted by the President of CREDAI Bengal Shri Sidharth Pansari. Shri Rajesh Kumar, IPS, Member-Secretary, WBPCB delivered an inspiring talk on the occasion motivating and enthralling the CYW members present. 32 CYW members attended the meeting. The CYW state coordinator revealed plans for this year and it was a great opportunity for all to meet and get to know each other better.

CYW hosted the first Learning Session of the year with a Workshop on Precast Construction on 9th January. Speakers were domain experts from Hyderabad and Kolkata. Presentations were made on the scenario of precast construction in India, office buildings in precast and soil foundation system adaptability in Eastern India.
