SKILLING

SKILLING

Skill training and Assessment are required for worker development and improving the quality and economy of the project. Moreover, SKILLING and CERTIFICATION of workers is the new thrust area for nation building and like many Developers across the nation, CREDAI Bengal has also taken this pivotal role to conduct skill training programme onsite

Generally, the construction workers are class 5-8 dropouts and have no formal training or certification. They learn from their seniors informally, this often leads to imperfect learning. There is always a scope for better finish, optimal measurements and cutting to minimize wastage and faster and more efficient work. To improve this situation the workers need a simplified formal training to fill any gaps and to certify their knowledge.

CREDAI Bengal aims to ensure the well-being of our construction workers who are the backbone of the real estate industry in Kolkata and the peripheries. The objective of conducting health camps for construction site workers is to create awareness of general health among them, provide them with fundamental healthcare services and counsel them on basic healthcare and hygiene. Workers requiring further medical attention are referred to government hospitals for comprehensive treatment, ensuring continuity of care.
