Our panel of independent jury members consisted of : Architect Prem Nath, Architect Rahul Kadri, Prof. Rajiv Mishra, M. Selvarasu, Manish Jaiswal, and Anurag Jhanwar. CREDAI Bengal Realty Awards 2018 Edition IV lived upto being the biggest calendar event in Bengal’s real estate scenario, bringing together realty stakeholders on a magical night of appreciation, honour and bonhomie. Awards were announced across 21 Categories which included 3 New Chapter Awards for CREDAI Bengal’s City Chapters CREDAI Howrah-Hooghly, CREDAI Asansol and CREDAI North Bengal. Also all Winning Architects were awarded for the first time.

The procedure of judging the Awards were : All the Entries were sent to CRISIL Mumbai’s office for evaluation on set parameters. The panel of independant jury members evaluated the shortlisted projects, on the basis of individual parameters like : developer track record, timelines -planned vs delivery, financial profile, design & architecture, structural highlights, project amenities, customer communications etc. Individual presentations and face-to-face interactions were held between the presenting teams from developers’ offices with the jury during the two-day jurors’ meet in Kolkata. The jury members (all from outside the state) aggregated individual markings to determine the final scores, thereby choosing the Winner. It merits a mention that the aggregate scores remained with the Jury and were given to the execution team just one hour before the show started.
The show was a huge success with the deserving Awardees being handed over their Awards in the presence of Tollywood actors Swastika Mukherjee, Sreelekha Mitra and Indrani Halder. The real estate community turned up in full strength to witness the Awards ceremony, cheer on their colleagues of the industry and celebrate their triumphant moments in the presence of industry captains and behemoths.
